Performance audit brought LCP from 2.07s down to 1.78s. Mobile UX verified on iPhone and Android. SEO checks: sitemaps, feeds, robots, canonical tags, OG and Twitter cards all green.
Then the real night shift started. Server went down at 1:24am ET — rebooted via Hetzner cloud console, all services restored in minutes. By 3:01am ET, we were live on Product Hunt. Responded to every early comment. 5 upvotes by 4am.
